Role Overview: As a Business Development / Technical Sales Manager at Ampler Technologies, you will be responsible for engaging with Corporate Customers to understand their needs and present value-added solutions through System Integration Services & Solutions. Your role will involve building strong relationships with customers, identifying market trends, collaborating with partners, and achieving sales objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Minimum 4 - 6 years of experience in selling Networking Solutions, Cyber Security Solutions, Cloud Computing, Servers/Storage, Edge Computing, and Software Sales in the Corporate Sector or B2B Sales. - Demonstrated track record of superior performance metrics in Corporate Sales. - Strong negotiation skills and decision-making abilities. - Build and nurture long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs. - Identify emerging markets and shifts in the market landscape while staying informed about new products and competition status. - Collaborate with Partner Distributors/OEMs to build a sales pipeline and close deals. - Plan effectively, set sales goals, analyze performance data, and forecast future performance to achieve company objectives. - Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to expand the customer base and global reach. - Conduct regular client meetings to address their requirements and foster relationships. - Engage with potential clients to establish enduring partnerships based on understanding their needs. - Monitor, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends related to partners and clients. - Display a strong passion for sales and enjoy the process.
