Job Description

Role Summary: The Photographer/Videographer will own end-to-end visual production across videography, cinematography, photography and editing for Ample Group.

This role leads visual storytelling across the organisation — spanning people, products, retail stores, launches, campaigns, enterprise communication, EVP initiatives, leadership messaging, internal culture, and corporate storytelling.

The mandate is to define, elevate, and institutionalise the visual identity of the organisation across all platforms — ensuring premium, consistent, and strategically aligned visual outputs across brands and business verticals.

The role requires the ability to independently conceptualise and execute shoots while also setting creative standards, building scalable workflows, managing structured asset systems, and driving visual consistency across the entire portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

Creative & Visual Production

  • Lead videography and photography across Ample Group — covering products, retail stores, leadership communication, campaigns, enterprise content, internal culture, and corporate storytelling.
  • Own end-to-end visual storytelling for launches, store openings, brand moments, leadership interviews, EVP initiatives, and internal events.
  • Conceptualise, shoot, and edit high-quality short-form and long-form video content (reels, walkthroughs, interviews, explainers etc.).
  • Translate business objectives into visually compelling, premium narratives across platforms.

Editing & Post-Production

  • Edit high-quality photo and video assets with strong attention to detail, colour accuracy, pacing, sound, and brand tone.
  • Optimise and adapt content for multiple platforms — social, website, e-commerce, CRM, internal screens, presentations, and digital campaigns.
  • Ensure consistency in visual treatment, grading style, framing, and storytelling across all outputs

Brand & Asset Ownership

  • Define and maintain visual standards across all Ample brands and verticals.
  • Build and manage a structured, scalable digital asset library for long-term corporate use.
  • Establish repeatable templates, naming conventions, and workflows for efficient creative production.
  • Drive visual consistency across people, products, stores, and corporate communication.

Cross-Brand Support

  • Partner closely with all the verticals.
  • Support retail launches, experiential events, EVP storytelling, and corporate announcements.
  • Manage fast turnarounds while maintaining high production quality and brand integrity.

Production Planning & Execution

  • Own shoot planning end-to-end — including concept development, shot lists, lighting setups, equipment planning, timelines, and execution.
  • Lead studio, retail, office, and on-location shoots independently.
  • Coordinate with external photographers, videographers, stylists, or freelancers when required.
  • Recommend tools, equipment upgrades, and production systems to scale creative output efficiently.

Desired Profile:

Required Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in professional videography/cinematography, photography and post-production.
  • Experience working in corporate, retail, lifestyle, D2C, or brand-driven environments preferred.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise across: Corporate films, Retail/store shoots, Product photography, Leadership interviews, Social and campaign content

Technical Skills

  • Advanced proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro / Final Cut Pro | Adobe Photoshop & Lightroom | Adobe After Effects (basic motion graphics preferred)
  • Strong understanding of: Lighting (studio & ambient), Camera systems (DSLR, mirrorless, cinema), Audio capture for interviews and events, Colour grading workflows
  • Ability to independently plan and execute shoots end-to-end.
