Risk Assessment Coordinator
Ampcus Inc. is a certified global provider of a broad range of Technology and Business consulting services. We are in search of a highly motivated candidate to join our talented team. Location(s): Richmond, VA Top skills:

- Role will be mostly remote; however, candidate must be in Richmond or within a 50-mile radius of the Richmond area and be willing to go onsite once a week
Job Description
- Develop monthly schedule (at least 6 to 12 assessments) for each calendar month. Track and report on status weekly.
- This includes coordination with supplier managers, suppliers, and 3rd party assessment providers to inform them of their tasks, their deadlines and hold them accountable to the deadlines with support from the Supplier Risk Manager.
- Perform data maintenance on supplier engagements in Archer as directed to include key stakeholder role changes; changing engagement status to active or inactive based on monthly (minimum) trigger reporting and confirmation of details; alignment reconciliations between Archer and other systems with related data fields.
- Assist Supplier Risk Management team with IT supplier management exception reporting from Archer.
- Gather and provide data for monthly (minimum) performance metrics reporting or dashboards. Work closely within the RSA Archer platform.
- This included entering issues manually at times, gaining documentation related to assessments and attaching to assessment records. As well as overall understanding of Assessment workflow.
- Assist the team with developing or updating procedural documentation.
