About the Role

We are looking for a seasoned leader to drive enterprise-wide organizational capability, talent strategy, and transformation initiatives. This role partners closely with the CEO and leadership team to translate business vision into scalable structures, future-ready talent strategies, and high-performance practices. The incumbent will lead organization design, leadership development, talent integration, and HR transformation, while fostering a culture of agility, accountability, and continuous growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Translate business strategy into a comprehensive people and capability roadmap
  • Lead large-scale transformation initiatives including org restructuring, culture evolution, and operating model redesign
  • Build future-ready capability frameworks to support growth, digitization, and global expansion
  • Drive leadership pipeline development and succession planning for critical roles
  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on organizational effectiveness and change strategy
  • Lead strategic hiring initiatives aligned with long-term business priorities
  • Define and execute HR digitization and transformation agenda

Execution Excellence

  • Drive organization design, workforce planning, and implementation of operating models
  • Establish robust performance management systems to enhance productivity and accountability
  • Implement OD frameworks and capability-building programs across functions
  • Lead talent integration across geographies and business units
  • Execute culture-building and change management interventions
  • Track, measure, and report the impact of transformation initiatives

People & Culture Leadership

  • Build and lead high-performing OD and talent teams
  • Foster a collaborative, performance-driven, and learning-oriented culture
  • Coach and enable senior leaders to enhance leadership effectiveness
  • Strengthen employee engagement and overall experience

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Education

  • MBA from a reputed institute (preferred)
  • Engineering / Mathematics / Statistics background is an advantage

Experience

  • 15–25 years in Organizational Development, Talent Management, or HR Transformation
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale transformation and org design initiatives
  • Experience in complex, fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Exposure to global workforce and cross-cultural environments
