Job Description
Role Overview:
You will be responsible for following safety rules in the premises according to the company norms and maintaining the BMRs and other log books in the aseptic processing area as per cGMP and SOP. Your duties will include preparation and periodic revision of SOPs related to the aseptic processing area, monitoring DP, RH, and temperature in the aseptic processing area, and performing in-process checks during filling. Additionally, you will coordinate with the engineering department for aseptic area cleaning and fogging as per the schedule. You will also be in charge of operating and cleaning heating cooling skid, CIP & SIP skid, as well as conducting environmental monitoring of the (Viable) aseptic processing area. Timely completion of SOPs training and on-the-job trainings related to aseptic processing area will be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring cleanliness of all equipment, CIP / SIP for vessels before and after batch processes, cleaning change parts of aseptic processing area equipment, and preparing filling parts for autoclaving will also be your tasks. You will operate and clean area equipment in the filling area like filling machines, rubber stoppering, sealing machines, isolators, pass boxes, glove cleaning and integrity testers including VHP. Coordinating with cross-functional departments like QA, QC, warehouse, engineering, HR, and administration for day-to-day activities will be essential. Timely completion of calibrations and validations related to the aseptic processing area in coordination with engineering and QA is also part of your role. Additionally, you may be required to carry out activities beyond your defined job responsibilities as per the requirement of the HOD, following their instructions and guidance.
