Position Summary

Amkor Technology is recruiting for an Information Technology Service Desk Technician based at its corporate offices in Tempe, AZ. This position will provide quality Information Technology support to Amkor end users. The position will initially start at the Tempe office to support the gowing number of ATA Factory employees and will eventually be located at the ATA Factory in Peoria, Arizona as part of the ATAIT Service Desk.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Deliver technology support to the end users of all levels within the organization (including the Executive Management level)

Configure and deploy new equipment such as laptops, desktops, desk phones, cellular phones, or related computer accessories

Execute software installations to users

Conduct user provisioning ad company policy enforcement tasks

Assist in collecting and managing information for the asset equipment inventory and update

Assist in the deployment of company projects such as IT INFOSEC and IT Infrastructure projects

Keepworking areas organized and tidy for an efficient working environment

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Information Systems is preferred. Additional experience will be considered in lieu of education.

A minimum of 2 years of experience with desktop support in a Windows based environment

Excellent customer service and people skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

A passion and energy for information technology and new technologies

High aptitude for learning new software and concepts with attention to detail

High competence and knowledge with/of computer/network hardware and software

Working experience with Windows devices including provisioning, user configuration and application support in a hybrid environment

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and thrive under pressure

Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and follow defined Service Level Agreements (SLA)

Ability to work with all levels of employees within the organization including Executive Management

Preferred Qualifications

Accomplishment of or certifications such as MCSA, MCSE, Jamf, CompTIA A+/Network+ is desired, MacOS

Working experience with MDT/WDS is a plus

Working experience with Lansweeper and Jamf Pro

Working experience with Apple MacBook (MacOS) and iPhones

Location

Tempe, AZ.This position has a hybrid schedule. Candidates must reside near the local Amkor office or be willing to relocate to be considered.
