Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst

The Network Operations Centre (NOC) Analyst will be responsible for monitoring, configuring and troubleshooting the managed suite of products deployed to *** customers. The individuals chosen for these roles are to be senior technical resources with a wide breadth of technical experience and expertise. As such, they are empowered to make on the spot design and operational decisions.

Requirements

• Experience with multi-vendor hosted environments
• Strong understanding of IP and TCP/IP protocols
• Strong understanding of networking fundamentals and OSI model
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Excellent teamwork and customer service skills
• Good knowledge of hosting marketplace
• Solid understanding and production experience with virtualization technologies (VMware. Nutanix, HyperV etc)
• Nice to have Cisco CCNA, Microsoft MCSA/MCSE, Red Hat RHCT or other, Network+ or other network and OS related certifications or experience
• Nice to have knowledge of SQL, Exchange
• Nice to have knowledge of AI technologies and concepts (Nvidia DGX and HPC)

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 year network experience in a data center and managed IT services environment
• College, University Degree, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
