Job Description
As a Senior QA Engineer with Test Management skills at AMINA, your mission is to own quality across the core crypto banking systems. You will drive QA as a strategic enabler, ensuring every release is backed by hard evidence and maintaining the highest quality standards. - Own test planning end-to-end: define scope, entry/exit criteria, risk-based coverage, and regression strategy for every release cycle
- Serve as Test Manager, coordinating and assisting business stakeholders during UAT execution cycles
- Represent the QA function at release governance forums, presenting a clear Go/No-Go position with metrics on coverage, pass/fail rates, open defects, and risk exposure
- Design, build, and maintain automation frameworks for APIs, UI, and database layers, integrated into CI/CD pipelines (Azure Dev Ops)
- Execute functional, integration, system, and regression testing across complex end-to-end banking workflows, validating data integrity and transactional accuracy
- Act as primary QA liaison for third-party vendors, coordinating test environments, hotfixes, and SIT/UAT cycles
- Manage defects, risks, and blockers actively, ensuring smooth transitions to production
- Develop and maintain working knowledge of core banking architecture to design meaningful integration tests and contribute during design phases
- Champion shift-left testing practices and automation best practices across the team
