Role Overview We are looking for a Junior ERP Engineer to maintain and improve our internal ERP systems and financial workflows. This role will focus on ensuring that our ERP platform runs reliably, integrates smoothly with other business systems, and supports accounting and compliance processes.

You will work closely with the finance team to automate processes such as invoicing, reporting, and transaction management, helping the company maintain accurate records and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

ERP System Maintenance

• Maintain and troubleshoot the companys ERP system (e.g., Odoo, ERPNext, Zoho, or similar)
• Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues
• Ensure reliable backups and data integrity

ERP Customization & Development

• Customize ERP modules based on business requirements
• Implement workflows for finance, sales, procurement, and operations
• Build scripts or modules to improve ERP functionality

Integrations

Integrate ERP with: Payment gateways

• Banking systems
• CRM platforms
• Internal tools and APIs

Ensure reliable data synchronization between systems

Automation

Automate operational processes such as:

• invoice generation
• expense tracking
• reporting
• reconciliation workflows

Reporting & Dashboards

• Build internal dashboards and reports for management
• Maintain data pipelines from ERP to analytics tools
• Help the finance team generate structured reports

User Support

• Manage ERP user roles and permissions
• Provide technical support to internal users
• Document ERP processes and system architecture

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field
