Job Description
Manufacturing Engineer

Responsibilities
- Design and implement tooling, equipment, and process improvements to support lean manufacturing initiatives and enhance production efficiency.
- Drive product and manufacturing improvements by evaluating and implementing feedback from clients and production teams.
- Develop and execute verification and validation (V&V) plans to ensure product quality and performance.
- Create project-specific manufacturing drawings and assemblies using CAD software.
- Maintain and update technical documentation.
Qualifications
- Background in manufacturing engineering or a related engineering discipline; recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Manufacturing engineering experience preferred.
- Proficiency in tooling and fixture design across a range of manufacturing equipment, including CNC machines, drill presses, and punching tools.
- Strong understanding of CAD software and ability to learn new programs.
- Working knowledge of GD & T
- Must be willing to learn and work well with technicians, engineers, and all levels of management.
- Strong oral and written communications skills
- Candidates should be self-starters and have a hands-on approach
- Ability to work independently
- Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and meet established deadlines

Salary Range: $50,000-$75,000
- Salary will be determined based on candidate's experience, skills and qualifications.
