Lead Business Analyst - Clinical Trial Supplier Enablement

As a Lead Business Analyst at Amgen, you will play a crucial role in supporting the successful delivery of global clinical trials by acting as a trusted technology partner to clinical trial teams and external suppliers. Your responsibilities will include managing B2B solutions for specific capability areas, overseeing other Business Analysts, and ensuring the compliance, scalability, and sustainability of solutions. You will collaborate closely with various stakeholders to translate complex business needs into effective IT solutions.

• *Roles & Responsibilities:**
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Lead comprehensive business analysis to identify and prioritize IT requirements.
• Own the implementation and delivery of IT solutions for capability areas within the product team.
• Coordinate activities of other analysts and ensure compliance with regulations and security policies.
• Partner with technology owners to deliver B2B connectivity and integration solutions.
• Assess new suppliers against IT requirements and support change management for user groups.
• Maintain accurate documentation of systems and processes.
• Stay informed on IT landscape changes and evolve IT solutions strategy.
• *Basic Qualifications and Experience:**
• Any degree with 8 - 13 years of experience in Life Science, Biotechnology, or Information Systems.
• *Functional Skills:**
• *Must-Have Skills:**
• Detailed understanding of clinical trial processes and systems.
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lead business analysis activities and prioritize requirements.
• Knowledge of B2B and integration technologies.
• Experience with Agile methodologies and SAFe.
• Ability to document complex requirements clearly.
• *Good-to-Have Skills:**
• Experience working with clinical trial suppliers.
• Proficiency in IT service delivery tools.
• Familiarity with DevOps, AI, and Test Automation.
• *Soft Skills:**
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Highly accountable, reliable, and proactive.
• Able to self-manage activities across multiple priorities.

This position may require you to work later shifts and be assigned second or third shift schedules. Flexibility with working hours to align with global stakeholders is essential.
