About the position

The Sales Operations Specialist plays a key role in approving and processing accurate orders in a timely manner. This position will serve as the primary contact for internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Develop detailed knowledge of order process management for Skybitz solutions
  • Process orders, new and replacement, for customers (internal and external) as required
  • Assist operations with order adjustments as needed
  • Work with the sales organization to ensure data accuracy in Salesforce.com
  • Support sales team members with account setup, order processing, billing issues, shipping, escalations, and associated customer-related assistance, as needed.
  • Sales Force CRM management (changes to records, fields, workflows, validation, reports)
  • Review and maintain contract accuracy to include ordering, changes to contract, trial conversion, and reactivations
  • Monitor multiple email inboxes and respond within a timely manner
  • Other projects and assignments, as required

Requirements

  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications
  • Associate degree or equivalent professional experience in Accounting, Finance, Operations or Project Management
  • 2 + years of professional experience
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Access, Outlook)
  • Ability to multitask in fast-paced environment

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience with Sales Force and Great Plains ERP system
  • Order processing, customer support and billing experience
