About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized, high-energy professional to join our growing team in a hybrid sales support / scheduling / inside sales role. This position is critical to helping our sales team maximize productivity by ensuring appointments are confirmed, schedules run efficiently, and leads are properly supported.
The ideal candidate is an excellent verbal communicator first and a strong administrator second. You should be confident on the phone, able to think on your feet, handle objections naturally, and keep conversations moving toward a positive outcome. If you have inside sales, call center, appointment setting, or customer service experience, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities
Appointment Confirmation & Communication
- Confirm all sales appointments using company scripts and best practices
- Speak confidently with homeowners/customers and address objections professionally
- Reschedule, reconfirm, and maintain strong appointment attendance rates
- Represent the company with professionalism and enthusiasm on every call
Scheduling & Calendar Management
- Manage and maintain the company master sales calendar
- Identify scheduling conflicts, overlaps, inefficiencies, or gaps
- Coordinate schedules for sales representatives and field staff
- Ensure appointments are routed efficiently and accurately
Lead & Sales Support
- Oversee inbound canvass lead submissions
- Take calls from canvassing staff who need scheduling assistance
- Verify property ownership and customer information
- Order measurement / property reports as needed
- Support the sales team with administrative and operational tasks
- Help maintain CRM accuracy and follow-up workflows

- Base pay $50-65k, depending on experience
