Appointment Setter (Client Communication Role) - Internship

About the internship:

Ambition Vista is hiring appointment setters who can communicate with potential clients, build interest, and schedule meetings for our sales team. This role is ideal for candidates who are good at communication but may not have strong closing skills yet.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connecting with potential clients via WhatsApp, Instagram, and LinkedIn

2. Engaging in conversations and understanding client requirements

3. Explaining our services in a simple and clear manner

4. Scheduling meetings between interested clients and the core team

5. Following up with warm leads

6. Maintaining records of conversations and scheduled meetings

7. Meeting daily communication and booking targets

Additional information:

• Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 1,000 - 3,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 600 - 5,000 /month

• A. Stipend & incentives:

1. Rs 1,000– Rs3,000 base stipend (based on performance during probation)

2. 10% incentive per project closed (no upper cap)

3. High performers can earn Rs 5,000– Rs 30,000/month
