Role-Senior Manager-Paid Social
Channel: Paid Social
Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Works closely with Head of Paid Social, develops and evangelizes overall strategy and approach to the channel
- Ensures best practice and innovation in all Paid Social activities
- Manages and maintains client relationships and is the main point of escalation for client issues
- Typically works on multiple, large or complex clients and develops overall strategy and goals for the team
- Manages and develops direct reports and is accountable for complete team development
- Conducts forecasting for annual and monthly budgets and is responsible for growing account profitability
- Contributes to new business development when required
Experience Required:
- 3 to 8+ years of total experience
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Paid Social
Platform Expertise:
- Strong experience in Meta (Facebook & Instagram Ads) is mandatory
- Exposure to additional paid social platforms is preferred
Work Model: Hybrid
Shift Timings: Rotational (who are flexible for nightshift)
Location: Bangalore/Chennai/Mumbai/Pune/Coimbatore/Gurgaon

- Strong campaign planning, execution, and optimization experience required
- Ability to manage performance-driven campaigns and deliver on KPIs
