Job Description
As a Senior Product Marketing Manager at Amazon Music, your role is to lead the in-app messaging experience across both mobile and desktop platforms. Your responsibilities include optimizing the in-app messaging channel, improving the sign-in funnel, and enhancing attribution across Acquisition and Engagement. Your mission is to drive the global growth of Amazon Music by collaborating with cross-functional teams such as growth, product, promotions, and BI.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive global In-app Messaging (IAM) strategy, testing, and execution for Amazon Music across the customer lifecycle.
- Collaborate with product and tech teams to develop requirements for marketing tools.
- Optimize sign-in rates and funnel analytics with BIEs and Data Science, set KPIs, establish reporting, and review in-app messaging measurement and performance.
- Own strategy, execution, and performance in app marketing campaigns, including messaging and translation. Establish an ongoing creative refresh and optimization program.
- Conduct tests across new placement modals, manage multivariate and A/B testing campaigns.
- Complete weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance business reviews and projections for each country, presenting results to country and executive leadership.
Qualifications Required:
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- Experience in building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Familiarity with A/B Testing or Multi-Variate Testing.
- Experience in presenting metrics and progress to senior leadership.
- Proficiency in Excel or Tableau for data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables.
Preferred Qualifications
- Success in driving the execution of large-scale project plans with multiple teams in support of business goals.
- Experience with customer segmentation, profiling, and targeting.
- Proficiency in using SQL or other analytical tools for data analysis.
- Familiarity with in-app messaging and marketing platforms such as Braze, Iterable, LeanPlum, Swrve, Adobe, Localytics, etc.
