Job Description
We are looking for a Senior Customer Support Representatives who will act as the first point of contact for customers, ensuring a seamless support experience. The role involves handling queries, resolving issues, and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Working: Days: 5 days a week Shift: Rotational Office Location : Eco Space Bellandur, Kengeri & Bhartiya City Responsibilities - Handle inbound and/or outbound customer calls, emails, and chats
- Resolve customer queries in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate information about products/services
- Escalate complex issues to the relevant departments when required
- Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions
- Follow up with customers to ensure resolution and satisfaction
- Meet defined KPIs such as response time, resolution time, and CSAT scores Qualifications - Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- At least 1 - 5 years' of relevant work experience
- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- Should be comfortable with upselling
- Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
