Production Supervisor

Academic Qualification: Degree or Diploma in Electrical / EEE (preferred), Mechanical also acceptable

Work Location: Cherlapalli, Hyderabad

Work Timings: 9am to 530pm, Mon to Sat

Experience & Technical Skills:

1. 1-3 years’ experience in a Production role (NOT Maintenance), preferably in discrete manufacturing. Should be proficient in speaking Telugu.

2. Has managed at least 15-20 blue collar staff directly

3. Is responsible to meet shift Production targets, while monitoring quality

4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PPT)

5. Production planning experience is advantageous (desirable NOT mandatory)

Job Description: To supervise and manage daily production operations ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety

· Supervise & co ordinate daily production activities to meet output & quality targets

· Lead & manage electrical technicians in production area

· Provide training & guidance on electrical maintenance & safety standards

· Ensure electrical systems in production machinery are functioning optimally

· Oversee preventive maintenance & address electrical breakdowns in production machinery

· Conduct RCA for recurring electrical issues (if any) found during testing

· Maintain records of maintenance, production performance & quality checks

· Prepare regular reports on production efficiency and electrical system performance

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
