Job Description

we are looking for Licensing Specialist who is having experience on getting the legal permissions and rights from the government sector for real estate lands.

  • "Real estate residential and commercial assets."
  • Knowledge of Govt. Office Documents like RERA, NOC(Fire, Water, Air), Quasi etc.
  • Provide legal advice and counsel on real estate transactions, including property acquisitions, sales, leases, and development projects.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents related to real estate transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and national real estate laws, regulations, and standards.
  • Conduct legal due diligence on properties, including title searches, zoning issues, and land use regulations.
  • Handle disputes related to property issues, including negotiating settlements and representing the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
  • Advise on corporate governance, risk management, and regulatory compliance as it relates to real estate operations.
  • Work with external legal firms and consultants when required, ensuring their advice aligns with the company’s objectives.
  • Keep abreast of changes in real estate law, and provide recommendations for business strategies accordingly.
  • Support in structuring joint ventures, partnerships, and other collaborative projects within the real estate sector.
  • Assist with lease agreements, tenant relations, and property management-related legal matters.
  • Ensure that all real estate projects comply with environmental regulations, building codes, and other local laws.
  • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and changes in leasing to improve your skills and the quality of your work.

Qualifications

  • LLB or JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • Strong understanding of real estate laws, zoning regulations, construction law, and contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and drafting skills.
  • Ability to analyses complex legal issues and provide clear, practical advice.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience working in a real estate development
  • Fluency in English and Hindi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
