Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site M.Sc. Nurse position based in Tirupati. The M.Sc. Nurse will be responsible for delivering advanced nursing care including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation. Duties include monitoring patient conditions, administering medications, providing patient education, collaborating with healthcare teams, and adhering to evidence-based practices. The role also involves supporting clinical training and mentoring for junior staff and fostering a safe and compassionate environment conducive to patient recovery.

Qualifications

• Strong clinical skills in patient assessment, care planning, and the administration of treatments and medications
• Experience in patient education and health counseling using compassionate and clear communication
• Proficiency in evidence-based nursing practices and clinical decision-making
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to a positive healthcare environment
• Leadership skills in mentoring and training junior healthcare staff
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Master’s degree in Nursing (M.Sc.) with relevant clinical certifications
• Prior experience in hospital or healthcare settings is advantageous
• Knowledge of healthcare regulations and patient safety protocols
