Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Sales Marketing Manager, based in Pune. The Senior Sales Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and implementing strategic marketing plans, managing key client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. They will also lead a team to ensure successful execution of sales and marketing objectives while monitoring market trends and competitor activities.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Strategy, Client Relationship Management, and Business Development
• Expertise in Marketing Strategy, Campaign Management, and Data Analysis
• Strong Leadership, Team Management, and Communication skills
• Experience in B2B Sales in the animal nutrition or related industry is a plus
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Ability to work independently and meet sales targets
• Proficiency in CRM software and digital marketing tools

Roles and Responsibilities

• Expand the dealer-distributor network and secure institutional accounts with poultry integrators and feed millers in Maharashtra.
• Achieve assigned monthly regional sales targets and ensure timely payment collection (DSO tracking).
• Manage and mentor the field sales team (ASMs and Executives) within the division.
