ASSISTANT MANAGER IN CUSTOMER ACQUISITION (WORK FROM HOME)
We are hiring dynamic and result-oriented professionals for a fully remote (Work From Home) role in Customer Acquisition. ROLE OVERVIEW
As an Assistant Manager in Customer Acquisition, you will manage the end-to-end customer journey, from initial inquiry to final conversion. Your role will involve understanding client requirements, conducting virtual consultations and building strong relationships to ensure successful onboarding. You will be working in a high-performance environment where consistency, communication and results are highly valued
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage inbound and outbound communication with prospective clients
- Conduct virtual consultations and explain offerings effectively
- Generate and convert leads through calling, follow-ups, and references
- Maintain accurate data and ensure regular tracking of interactions
- Achieve defined targets for conversions and revenue growth
ABOUT THE ROLE
This is an individual contributor role that requires a proactive and result-driven mindset. You will be responsible for initiating conversations, nurturing leads and guiding clients toward decision-making. The role demands strong communication skills, consistency in follow-ups and the ability to perform under targets, all while working remotely.

WHAT MAKES YOU A GOOD FIT

TRAINING & GROWTH

This is a Work From Home (Remote) opportunity open to candidates based in Delhi NCR, Punjab, Uttarakhand, Himachal Pradesh, Jammu & Kashmir, Rajasthan and Western Uttar Pradesh.
