Location: Ottawa, Ontario (Fully on site in Downtown Ottawa, Weekend availability required)
Language: Strong written and spoken English required
Background Check Requirement: A Criminal Background check will be required.
Salary Range: $65,000 - $70,000 (Based on experience)
Hours: 40 hours per week.

Your Responsibilities
- You’ll manage end-to-end planning and execution of group meetings and events, ensuring every detail is delivered seamlessly
- In this role, you’ll act as the primary point of contact for clients, from contract signing through to final billing
- You’ll collaborate with operations and revenue teams to optimize profitability and client satisfaction
- You’ll oversee on-site event execution, troubleshooting issues and ensuring alignment with event plans
- You’ll lead pre- and post-event meetings to gather feedback and build long-term client relationships
- You’ll contribute to proactive sales efforts, identifying opportunities to grow group and corporate business
Skills and Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in hotel sales, catering, or event management
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders
- Experience using property management systems such as Opera is an asset
- Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible and adaptable, with availability for evenings or weekends as needed
- A client-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences
