Real Estate Systems & Process Senior Analyst

You will be responsible for the development of new system and business solutions, working directly with business users, software administrators, and engineers in a fast-paced environment. You will act as a key point of contact for the business applications, interacting heavily with senior-level business associates and working directly with the Platform Delivery Manager, Technical Platform Manager, and Real Estate Platform Leader on technology vision and Roadmap planning. As a solutions specialist with no direct reports, you must have strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, be versatile at juggling multiple tasks and projects concurrently, and be a self-starter capable of delivering results in a client-focused culture.

• *Responsibilities:**
• Act as a subject matter expert for Real Estate Fund Administration and Real Estate Technology.
• Maintain awareness of client needs and proactively address them, serving as an escalation point for associates and clients when needed.
• Implement solutions across Alter Domus's FA product lines including Advanced Yardi functionality, Yardi training materials, and best practice/consistent processing methods.
• Collaborate with Real Estate accounting managers to ensure best practices across Fund Administration.
• Review, suggest, and implement process improvements to ensure compliance adherence.
• Stay updated on industry standards and have a complete understanding of deal needs across Real Estate Fund Administration.
• Assist in designing and implementing team training materials/plans and ensure adequate training within a set timeframe.
• Review workflows to ensure best practice processes are implemented and adhered to across Fund Administration.
• Regularly engage with regional accounting staff and systems administration.
• Manage workload and human resource aspects of junior staff in the region.
• Lead Yardi Implementations and scoping exercises with internal accounting teams and clients for new entity setup.
• Coordinate system configuration information, data testing, validation, custom reporting setup, and training for ongoing production staff.
• *Requirements:**
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
• 4+ years of finance or accounting experience.
• Experience working with Close End Funds, Real Estate, or Private Equity.
• In-depth understanding of investments within assigned fund(s).
• Broad market knowledge.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• CPA or CPA eligibility is a plus.
• Experience working with Yardi.
