Overview
The Sales and Marketing Specialist role at Altavva is a freelance, part-time remote position responsible for driving revenue growth and brand visibility. In this role, you will identify and qualify prospects, manage the sales pipeline, and conduct outreach through calls, emails, and online meetings. You will support marketing campaigns by assisting with content creation, coordinating digital initiatives, and tracking campaign performance.
Assigned tasks include cold emailing, cold calling, lead generation, responding to customer inquiries, providing product or service information, and ensuring a positive client experience throughout the sales cycle. You will collaborate with internal teams to refine sales messaging, participate in training sessions, and provide feedback from the market to improve offerings and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Customer Service experience, with an ability to understand client needs, resolve issues, and maintain long-term relationships.
- Proven Sales skills, including prospecting, lead qualification, and closing opportunities in a structured sales process.
- Sales Management or pipeline management experience, including tracking activities, forecasting, and reporting on performance.
