Why This Role Matters:

Influencer marketing is a core growth channel for us. Your ability to leverage existing relationships, data, and creator insights will directly impact customer acquisition and revenue. You’ll build a repeatable, scalable influencer engine, not just run one-off campaigns.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• End-to-End Campaigns: Own the full influencer lifecycle; scouting, outreach, negotiation, onboarding, and execution.
• Performance-Driven Partnerships: Focus on creators who can drive measurable results, not just views.
• Creative Direction: Work with influencers to produce authentic, high-converting content with strong hooks and clear CTAs.
• Relationship Building: Leverage your network and build long-term partnerships for better rates, faster turnarounds, and repeat wins.
• Paid Ads Integration: Identify high-performing influencer content and repurpose it for paid ads (Meta, etc.).
• Tracking & Attribution: Set up tracking links, coupon codes, and attribution systems to measure real impact.
• Rapid Iteration: Continuously test new creators, formats, and angles based on performance data.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 1-2 years of hands-on influencer marketing with a proven track record of executing campaigns.
• Connected: You have a strong personal network of influencers and your own database for quick collaborations.
• Strategic: You know how to identify the right creators, angles, and formats that convert, not just get views.
• Efficient: You move fast, negotiate smartly, and leverage tools like AI to scale outreach and execution.
• Immediate: You are ready to join a fast-paced, remote team immediately.
