Could you be the full\-time SC Analyst in India we’re looking for?
**Your future role**
Take on a new challenge and apply your logistics expertise in a new cutting\-edge field. You’ll work alongside collaborative and results\-driven teammates.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth and efficient management of our supply chain processes. Day\-to\-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (such as the India TCT \& Site Logistics and Site Supplier Chain teams), coordinate with external providers, and ensure adherence to processes while driving continuous improvement and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of governing the 107 Operations, Pre\-Reception Process, and validating material invoices, but also measuring and reviewing metrics periodically to achieve Goods Receipt Notes (GRN).
We’ll look to you for:
- Completing Material Invoice Pre\-GRN entry on time as per defined SOPs and resolving any blocking points to ensure GRN completion within TAT.
- Establishing and driving governance with site teams.
- Managing vendor relationships and the Procure\-to\-Pay (P2P) cycle.
- Coordinating with the Global TCT team to align on process gaps and improvements.
- Collaborating with internal and external networks and cross\-functional teams to execute tasks within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLA).
- Driving process adherence, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborating with key stakeholders to implement preventive or corrective actions.
- Quickly learning tools and processes to provide immediate solutions for invoice closure.
- Preparing and delivering MIS reports to the business and senior management.

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
- 5\+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain processes.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes and supply chain tools.
- Hands\-on experience with SAP and other ERP or web tools.
- Proficiency in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability in MIS reporting and presenting to senior management.
- Strong analytical skills and problem\-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like MS Excel and Business Intelligence (BI) platforms.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
