Could you be the full-time Product Introduction (PI) Field Engineer in Bhopal we’re looking for?
Your future role
Take on a new challenge and apply your technical expertise in a cutting-edge field. You’ll work alongside a collaborative, innovative, and solution-driven team.
You'll play a key role in ensuring the smooth introduction of Alstom products into service, diagnosing and resolving technical issues, and driving continuous improvement. Day-to-day, you’ll work closely with teams across the business (Product Introduction, Quality, Reliability Availability Maintainability Safety (RAMS), and Project Engineering teams), support troubleshooting and repairs, and much more.
You’ll specifically take care of investigating and resolving technical/quality issues during the Product Introduction phase, but also provide feedback on technical documentation and support the implementation of field modifications.
We’ll look to you for:
- Supporting technical activities during the Product Introduction, Commissioning, and Warranty phases
- Diagnosing causes of equipment malfunctions and recommending corrective actions
- Defining troubleshooting methodologies and guiding technicians
- Driving containment actions to prevent issue recurrence
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure reliability growth
- Facilitating information flow and providing transparency on key technical issues
- Applying Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements on-site
- Supporting technical reviews, Return of Experience (REX) reporting, and configuration updates

- Customer-facing experience and strong communication skills
- Desirable: Master’s degree in Engineering or related fields
