Job Description

• Academic Support : Helping students improve study habits, address learning gaps, and set educational goals.
• Social-Emotional Counselling : Providing individual or small-group counselling to help students navigate emotional issues, bullying, anxiety, and relationship problems.
• Career & Academic Planning : Assisting with subject selection, college applications, and career exploration.
• Collaboration : Working with parents, teachers, and administrators to support student success and improve the school environment.
• Crisis Response : Providing immediate, short-term support during crises.
• Referrals : Connecting families with outside mental health professionals when necessary.
• Confidentiality & Record Keeping : Maintaining accurate, confidential records of student sessions.
