Your ability to automate workflows and manage MDM systems will be crucial in fostering efficient onboarding and offboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle all incoming IT helpdesk requests
• Offer diagnosis and support for staff's IT issues
• Set up devices and install necessary software
• Keep track of IT inventory and ensure device security
• Conduct training sessions for team members

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years in IT or helpdesk roles
