Role Overview
The Accounts Receivable Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end receivables cycle, ensuring timely collections, maintaining accurate records, and supporting overall cash flow management.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage invoicing, billing, and collections process
- Track outstanding receivables and maintain aging reports
- Follow up with customers for timely payments
- Perform customer account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate with sales and internal teams on payment issues
- Monitor credit limits and support credit control processes
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and collections
- Assist in month-end closing and reporting activities
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce / Finance (B.Com, M.Com preferred)
- 2–4 years of experience in Accounts Receivable / Collections
- Strong understanding of invoicing, billing, and reconciliation
- Good communication and follow-up skills
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software (Tally / ERP / SAP preferred)
- Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
