Senior Manager, FP&A

• Join a larger FP&A team supporting various business units across the organization.
• Serve as a strategic financial partner to business unit leaders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
• Develop and deliver comprehensive forecasting, planning, and analysis to support business unit decision-making.
• Lead corporate finance responsibilities including budget development, variance analysis, and financial reporting.
• Build and maintain complex financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic initiatives.
• Lead and mentor junior FP&A team members, fostering professional development and analytical excellence.
• Communicate financial results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear, compelling presentations and reports.
• Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance team efficiency and analytical capabilities.

• 7+ years of relevant financial experience, ideally within biotech industry.
• Bachelor's degree required.
• Proven experience as a strategic financial partner to the business.
• Financial FP&A fundamental knowledge
• Extensive experience with Excel and MS Suite products
• Experience with Tableau & PowerBI preferred.
