We are a Toronto-based real estate development and construction group managing high-end residential projects and private investments.
We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Executive Operations & Web Coordinator to act as the right hand to the founder.
Role Description
This is a remote, part-time position (minimum 20 hours per week, up to 40 hours).
This is not a basic administrative role.
We are looking for someone who takes ownership, follows up independently, and keeps projects moving forward without constant supervision..
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize and track invoices, receipts, and project expenses
- Coordinate contractors, suppliers, consultants, and service providers
- Draft professional emails and manage follow-ups
- Maintain and update company website (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Structure and organize digital documentation and cloud files
- Track project timelines and ensure accountability
- Assist with bookkeeping coordination (QuickBooks knowledge preferred)
- Support strategic and operational initiatives as needed
Qualifications
- .
- 3+ years experience in construction administration, operations, or project coordination
- Strong follow-up mindset and high attention to detail
- Experience with QuickBooks or bookkeeping fundamentals
- Experience managing or updating websites (WordPress preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal English
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Based in Canada preferred
- Farsi (Persian) language skills are considered an asset but not required
🔹 Compensation
$30–$40 per hour
Minimum 20 hours per week (up to 30 hours)
