Job Description – Accounts Executive We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, reconciliations, compliance activities, and support finance-related functions.

Key Responsibilities - Passing daily accounting entries in the accounting system

• Managing sales, purchase, debit note, credit note, journal, and payment entries
• Handling Accounts Payable activities and vendor invoice processing
• Preparing Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS)
• Conducting Vendor Reconciliation and resolving discrepancies
• Managing Purchase Orders (POs) and related documentation
• Coordinating with vendors for payment follow-ups and account clarifications
• Handling vendor management activities and maintaining proper records
• Working on GST and TDS calculations, workings, and return filings
• Assisting in statutory compliance and finance documentation
• Supporting budgeting and basic treasury-related activities
• Maintaining accurate financial records and MIS reports
• Assisting the finance team in audits and month-end closing activities Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance
• 1–4 years of relevant experience in Accounts & Finance
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and reconciliation processes
• Working knowledge of GST, TDS, and statutory filings
• Familiarity with ERP/accounting software and MS Excel
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational abilities Preferred Skills - Experience in handling end-to-end accounting operations
• Basic understanding of treasury and budgeting processes
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
