Job Overview

Allure Cosmetics Center is seeking a motivated, polished, and outgoing Aesthetic Sales Consultant to help grow our luxury cosmetic practice through strategic local partnerships, client referrals, and direct sales.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with a passion for beauty, skincare, aesthetics, networking, and relationship-building who wants the freedom to work independently while earning strong commission-based income.

As an Aesthetic Sales Consultant, you will represent our brand within the local beauty and wellness community, build referral relationships, generate qualified leads, and convert prospective clients into booked aesthetic treatments.

Compensation

• 100% Commission-Based Position
• Earn 10% commission on every closed treatment sale
• Unlimited earning potential based on performance
• Flexible self-managed schedule

Our consultants are rewarded directly for the clients and revenue they bring into the practice.

Services You Will Promote

You will be introducing clients to some of the most in-demand aesthetic services in the industry, including:

• Botox Cosmetic
• Microneedling
• Sculptra
• JUVÉDERM Fillers
• Additional skincare and facial rejuvenation services

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain referral partnerships with:
• Hair salons
• Nail salons
• Beauty supply stores
• Med spas
• Makeup studios
• Wellness businesses
• Boutiques and other complementary local businesses
• Promote Allure Cosmetics Center services to prospective clients
• Generate new leads through networking, community outreach, and relationship marketing
• Educate potential clients on treatment options and pricing
• Follow up with leads and close sales
• Coordinate consultations/bookings with our in-office team
• Represent the Allure Cosmetics Center brand professionally and confidently

Ideal Candidate

We are looking for someone who is:

• Passionate about aesthetics, skincare, and beauty services
• Comfortable speaking with new people and building business relationships
• Self-motivated and goal-driven
• Confident in sales and customer conversion
• Able to work independently and manage their own schedule
• Active on social media and/or involved in the local beauty community
• Organized, polished, and professional in presentation
• Previous experience in the beauty, skincare, salon, med spa, cosmetics, or wellness industry is strongly preferred
• Previous sales or client relations experience is a plus
