Digital Product Manager - Lead Consultant

• * Essential Skills
• * Minimum of 4 years’ experience in Product Management roles (e.g., Product Manager, Technical Product Manager) within a large scale enterprise or technology organization. Direct experience managing end-to-end product lifecycle including roadmap creation, backlog prioritization, and Agile delivery. Proven ability to work with and deliver outcomes using observability tools such as Datadog, Grafana, Dynatrace, New Relic, Netcool, Thousand Eyes, Sev One, Open Telemetry, or equivalent.

Demonstrated experience collaborating with engineering, architecture, and senior stakeholders to deliver technical products with measurable impact.

Experience with budget and Resource Management with regards to

• * Desirable Skills
• * Experience leading products in Network, Compute, End User Computing, Infrastructure, or Platform-as-a-Service domains. Experience implementing or using AIOps, ML-driven insights, or AI-driven anomaly detection in observability platforms. Hands-on familiarity with cloud services (AWS/Azure/GCP), automation, or Infrastructure-as-Code within product delivery. Experience mentoring or coaching junior product managers or contributing to product practice improvement within a tech organization. Preferred familiarity with AI tools and application of AI within observability Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field.
