Job Description

At Allstate, great things happen when our people work together to protect families and their belongings from life’s uncertainties. And for more than 90 years, our innovative drive has kept us a step ahead of our customers’ evolving needs. From advocating for seat belts, air bags and graduated driving laws, to being an industry leader in pricing sophistication, telematics, and, more recently, device and identity protection.

Job Description

The Architecture, Compute, and Engineering (ACE) organization provides a transformative platform ecosystem with a comprehensive set of capabilities that empowers end users and digital product teams to innovate seamlessly and drive growth for Allstate through the Consumer Connected Cloud mission. This ecosystem aims to provide a frictionless experience for our user community.

As a Digital Product Manager within ACE, you will lead Allstate’s Infrastructure Monitoring product team, a critical enabler of operational excellence across the organization. You will define, deliver, and manage the lifecycle of observability solutions that empower teams to detect, triage, and resolve issues faster, improving system reliability and customer experience. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, deep technical understanding of observability tools and practices, and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You will interface with engineers, architects, product peers, and executives to drive the success of Allstate’s observability strategy.
