Allied Global Solutions is seeking reliable and motivated Delivery Drivers/Sub-Contractors to join our logistics network. Based out of our Oakville warehouse, we manage high-volume office and home delivery contracts servicing the Oakville, Mississauga, and surrounding cities. This is a sub-contractor position ideal for those who want stable work and the freedom to manage their own efficiency within these local regions.

The Role
- Morning Loading: Pick up daily parcels from our warehouse hub in Oakville.
- Route Management: Complete home and office deliveries with an average volume of 120 to 150 parcels per day.
- Evening Returns: Any undelivered parcels (returns) must be brought back to the Oakville warehouse the same evening to ensure service standards.
- Independent Operation: Operate as a professional sub-contractor managing your own vehicle and schedule.
Requirements
- Vehicle Ownership: You must provide your own reliable vehicle. Suitable types include Sprinter Vans, Cargo Vans, Minivans, or Caravans.
- Insurance & Documentation: You must have a valid Canadian Driver’s License, valid Vehicle Registration, Commercial Auto Insurance, and Cargo Insurance.
- Clearance: Must be able to provide a recent Criminal Background Check.
- Experience: Prior experience in delivery or logistics is required.
- Physical Ability: Strong physical ability for heavy lifting and moving items regularly.
- Work Style: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
