Senior Fullstack Engineer - AI (GTM)

Role Overview:

As a Senior Fullstack Engineer at Allica Bank, you will be a key member of the AI capability within the Growth Squad. Your primary responsibility will be to leverage advanced large language models (LLMs) to address complex customer and operational challenges. By developing agentic AI systems, you will play a crucial role in automating manual processes and enhancing customer experiences through intelligent automation and proactive service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build agentic LLM systems to automate manual processes or enhance customer interactions within the growth funnel.
• Lead the end-to-end development of AI tools and agents using frameworks like LangChain or Semantic Kernel, ensuring scalable and maintainable deployment.
• Ensure robust deployment of AI models to production, including versioning and continuous monitoring using tools like MLflow, FastAPI, and Kubernetes.
• Identify high-impact use cases and create AI-driven solutions that improve efficiency and elevate customer experience.
• Rapidly prototype AI applications, run experiments, and iterate based on feedback to enhance impact.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize AI initiatives, align on business goals, and integrate solutions into operational systems.
• Apply best practices in responsible AI deployment, ensuring explainability, compliance, and ethical use of LLMs in production environments.
• Design and implement evaluation frameworks to test model performance, quality, and safety, ensuring optimal solutions are deployed.
• Drive innovation through continuous learning and experimentation to align AI solutions with Allica's long-term growth strategy and customer-centric values.

Qualifications Required:

• 3+ years of professional software engineering experience in languages such as Python and Kotlin.
• Proven experience in building and deploying LLM-powered tools or agents.
• Hands-on expertise in Python, LLM frameworks, prompt engineering, and orchestration.
• Knowledge of model deployment, versioning, and monitoring in production environments.
• Experience integrating AI solutions into real-world systems and fine-tuning LLMs for efficiency.
• Understanding of privacy, bias, and safety considerations when applying LLMs in production.
• Strong understanding of vector databases, RAG, and agent workflows.
• Familiarity with full-stack development and exposure to business domains like growth and marketing automation.
