MBA in HR. Proven track record leading Recruitment team in Shared Services set up

Job Responsibility:

• Ownend-to-end recruitment operations (requisition to offer / pre-boarding handoff) across supported entities.
• Act as operational SME forSuccessFactors Recruitment Management (RCM).
• LeveragePhenom to support candidate experience, talent attraction, and CRM workflows.
• Drivestandardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Supporttransitions, scope expansions, and new customer/country onboarding.
• Serve as key interface forTA leaders, HR, and business stakeholders; manage escalations and service improvements
• Manage and developrecruitment operations teams, including capacity planning, productivity, and capability building.
