Job Description
Dock & Door Service Technician
Pay Range: $24–$40/hr + Take Home Company Truck
We're looking for experienced technicians to install and repair dock levelers, overhead doors, and warehouse equipment. Our Dock & Door Technicians start their day from home and travel directly to customer sites. If you have strong mechanical skills and work well in a team environment, this is a great long-term opportunity!

What You’ll Do
- Install, maintain, and repair dock levelers, overhead doors, and related equipment
- Travel to customer facilities throughout the day
- Diagnose mechanical issues and complete repairs efficiently
- Perform preventative maintenance and safety checks
- Communicate clearly with customers on work performed and recommendations
- All other responsibilities/duties as assigned
What You Need
- Mechanical experience (dock & door, construction, garage doors, or similar)
- Comfort working with tools, equipment, and installations
- Ability to work independently in the field
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift, climb, and work in physical environments
- Willingness to work overtime as needed
