We are seeking an experienced Vice-Principal to co-lead our academic and administrative initiatives and strengthen the school’s commitment to high-quality education.
Role Overview
The Vice-Principal will work closely with the Principal to oversee academic programmes, manage daily operations, guide teacher development, and support strategic planning. This role blends instructional leadership with operational management.

Board standards (ISC/ICSE), audits, and deputising for the Principal.
Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree or Bachelor’s with B.Ed. (required).
- 5–8 years of teaching experience with at least 2–4 years in a leadership or coordinator role.
- Strong understanding of curriculum and assessment practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam.
- Proven ability in team leadership, organization, and decision-making.
- Preferred: Experience in admissions, finance, ed-tech, or school accreditation.
