<p><strong>Systems Integrator - (Mid) #768</strong></p> <p><strong>Location:&nbsp;</strong>Springfield, VA (on-site)</p> <p><strong>Clearance:&nbsp;</strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><em>Active TS/SCI Required</em></span></p> <p>&nbsp;</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p> <p>The Mid-Level Integration Engineer supports the design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions across complex systems environments within multiple GEOINT agencies and federal partners. This role ensures interoperability across applications and systems, enabling seamless end-to-end mission execution while maintaining the integrity of a system-of-systems architecture.</p> <p>Working closely with systems engineers, solution architects, and developers, this position plays a key role in aligning technical requirements, supporting integration strategies, and contributing to modernization efforts across distributed and cloud-enabled environments.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p> <p><strong>Systems Integration &amp; Engineering</strong></p> <ul> <li>Support the development and implementation of integration solutions across enterprise systems and subsystems</li> <li>Analyze and define integration and interface requirements to ensure system interoperability</li> <li>Provide a holistic systems perspective, understanding dependencies across hardware, software, and network components</li> </ul> <p><strong>Technical Analysis &amp; Implementation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Analyze, design, test, and evaluate networked systems, including cloud-based environments, LAN/WAN infrastructure, satellite communications, and distributed systems</li> <li>Support implementation approaches leveraging both custom-built and commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) technologies</li> <li>Assist in developing and documenting integration strategies and technical solutions</li> </ul> <p><strong>Data &amp; Infrastructure Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Contribute to data management practices that treat data as a strategic enterprise resource</li> <li>Support planning and implementation of IT infrastructure, including telecommunications (LAN/WAN, voice, video), cabling, cloud requirements, and network security</li> </ul> <p><strong>Program &amp; Mission Support</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist the Government in managing system development, modernization, and migration efforts</li> <li>Support Enterprise Integration Engineering activities across cross-system and segment initiatives</li> </ul> <p><strong>Ideal Candidate Profile</strong></p> <p>This role is ideal for a technically strong integration engineer who thrives in complex, interconnected environments. The right candidate brings a systems-thinking mindset, the ability to navigate dependencies across enterprise architectures, and a collaborative approach to delivering scalable, mission-critical integration solutions.</p> <p><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p> <p><strong>Education &amp; Experience</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, MIS, or related STEM field.&nbsp;6 years' of equivalent mid-level Systems Engineering/Integration experience may be considered in lieu of a degree</li> <li>Minimum of 6 years' of Mid-level Systems Engineering/Integration experience in government or industry</li> <li>Experience in database management and/or Big Data analysis within government or industry environments</li> <li>TS/SCI clearance adjudication or ability to obtain SCI and pass a poly</li> </ul> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications</strong></p> <ul> <li>Working knowledge of Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) methodologies, tools, and languages</li> </ul>
