All Routes Logistics is an asset-based transportation company providing Full Truckload (FTL) services across Canada and the United States. We are currently seeking a detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our dispatch and operations team. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate coordination, timely communication, and excellent service for our customers and drivers.

The Customer Service Representative will work closely with dispatch to coordinate pickups and deliveries, update customer and carrier portals, track shipments, and provide administrative support. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced transportation environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Book and confirm pickup and delivery appointments
  • Enter load tenders into TransPlus Fleet Manager and internal Excel spreadsheets
  • Update customer portals to ensure accurate dispatching and planning information
  • Communicate with customers regarding load assignments, status updates, and changes
  • Update carrier and customer TMS portals with accurate arrival and departure times
  • Provide administrative and dispatch support to Primary Dispatchers
  • Track and trace shipments to ensure on-time delivery
  • Complete and close driver trips in Fleet Manager
  • Identify and escalate service failures or delays to management
  • Accurately record orders and shipment details in Fleet Manager
  • Monitor trailer storage, equipment location, and update safety information
  • Follow daily work assignments provided by Primary Dispatchers
  • Resolve service issues efficiently to minimize delays
  • Learn all aspects of the Primary Dispatcher role for coverage as required
  • Monitor yard operations and ensure adequate driver resources are available

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch, coordination, or logistics customer service
  • Required experience with:
  • Samsara
  • Workflow
  • TransPlus Fleet Manager
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
