Salary: Rs.12,000 – ₹18,000 per month + 5% Incentive

Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Telecaller / Lead Generation Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable making calls, generating leads, and maintaining a strong pipeline for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls to potential clients and generate leads.
• Explain company services/products to prospects.
• Qualify leads and pass them to the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead database regularly.
• Follow up with interested prospects.
• Achieve daily/weekly/monthly lead generation targets.
• Handle basic customer queries professionally.

Required Skills

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Confident and persuasive speaking ability.
• Basic understanding of sales/lead generation.
• Ability to work with targets.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or CRM tools (preferred).

Educational Qualification

• Minimum 12th pass / Graduate in any field.
• Freshers and experienced candidates both can apply.
