What You'll Do
- Design and solve advanced atmospheric science problems with real-world relevance — covering areas like climate modeling, weather dynamics, atmospheric chemistry, and more
- Review and evaluate AI-generated scientific reasoning for accuracy, depth, and rigor
- Develop complex, multi-step problem statements that challenge AI models to reason at an expert level
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to refine model outputs
- Ensure scientific clarity, precision, and integrity across every deliverable
- Work independently and on your own schedule — no meetings, no commute
Who You Are
- Holds a Master's or PhD in Atmospheric Science, Climate Science, Meteorology, or a closely related field
- Experienced with Python or R for scientific research or data analysis
- Deep expertise in one or more of: climate modeling, atmospheric dynamics, ecology, or sustainability science
- Exceptional written communicator — able to explain complex concepts clearly and precisely
- Detail-oriented and methodical, with a strong commitment to scientific accuracy
- Fluent in English
