About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Front Office Manager & Physiotherapist to join our team. This dual-role position combines front-desk administration with patient care responsibilities, ensuring smooth clinic operations while delivering high-quality physiotherapy services to patients.

Key Responsibilities

Front Office Management

• Manage daily front-desk operations and patient reception.
• Handle appointment scheduling, confirmations, and follow-ups.
• Respond to phone calls, emails, and patient inquiries professionally.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.
• Coordinate with doctors, therapists, and support staff for smooth clinic operations.
• Manage billing, payments, and administrative reporting as required.
• Ensure a welcoming and professional environment for patients and visitors.

Physiotherapy Responsibilities

• Assess patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide physiotherapy treatments and rehabilitation programs based on patient needs.
• Monitor patient progress and modify treatment plans accordingly.
• Educate patients on exercises, posture correction, injury prevention, and recovery strategies.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and treatment documentation.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Adhere to professional, ethical, and clinical standards of physiotherapy practice.

Key Skills Required

• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone etiquette and excellent customer service attitude.
• Experience with appointment scheduling and front-desk coordination.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Positive, team-oriented approach with strong interpersonal skills.
• Sound clinical knowledge and patient-care skills in physiotherapy.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physiotherapy (BPT) required.
• Valid physiotherapy registration/license as applicable.
• 0–2 years of experience in a clinic, hospital, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting.
• Familiarity with patient management or booking software (preferred but not mandatory).
• Fluency in English is preferred.
• Knowledge of Hindi and Tamil is an added advantage.
