Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist – Non-Tech Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment processes for business-critical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in corporate/non-tech hiring, stakeholder management, and sourcing high-quality talent across various industries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech positions
• Handle bulk and lateral hiring for sales, business, corporate, and support functions
• Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand hiring requirements
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, references, and networking
• Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and ensure timely closures
• Provide an excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring progress

Requirements

• Minimum 7+ years of recruitment experience
• Strong experience in non-tech / corporate hiring
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in executive search firms or large corporate environments preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
• Strong sourcing and interviewing skills

Preferred Background:

• Real estate, hospitality, retail, BFSI, or executive search industry experience preferred
• Candidates based in Delhi / Noida preferred or willing to relocate to Noida

Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,200,000.00 per year
