Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of therapeutic treatments tailored to meet individual client needs.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized workspace, adhering to all health and safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional guest services by ensuring clients feel comfortable and valued during their visits.
• Effectively communicate treatment options and benefits to clients, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.
• Engage in upselling products and services that complement the client’s treatment experience.
• Conduct product demonstrations and provide information on skincare or wellness products.
• Assist at the front desk as needed, including scheduling appointments and managing client inquiries.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually enhance service offerings.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with clients and team members.
• Experience in front desk operations is a plus, including appointment scheduling and managing client flow.
• Knowledge of makeup application techniques is beneficial for providing holistic beauty services.
• Ability to perform eyelash extensions with precision and care.
• Familiarity with product demos to educate clients on various offerings.
• Sales skills with an emphasis on upselling products that enhance the client experience.
• Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards within the workspace.
