Job Description
Albert’s Gas Station Maintenance is a Cambridge-based fuel equipment contractor providing repair, installation, maintenance, and construction services to gas stations, commercial fueling facilities, municipalities, and industrial clients across Southern Ontario. We are a growing, family-owned company known for delivering responsive service and operational excellence.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Operations Support Coordinator to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced service environment, has strong communication skills, and can effectively balance administrative, customer service, and operational support responsibilities. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily office operations, service coordination, invoicing support, and warehouse administration.
This is a permanent, on-site position to fill a current vacancy.
Key Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries and service requests by telephone and email
- Dispatch and service coordination, dispatch board management and priority scheduling activities
- Order parts and equipment required to fulfill service requests
- Receive incoming parts and perform three-way match in Quickbooks Online
- Stage parts within the warehouse in preparation for scheduled service
- Responsible for warehouse inventory administration
- Assist in the preparation of sales or service estimating
- Operational administrative support as assigned
Qualifications & Skills
- Previous experience in office administration, dispatching, service coordination, or operations support
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Able to prioritize and balance competing timelines
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English imperative)
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and computer-based systems
- Experience with invoicing, purchase orders, or accounting-related administrative tasks is considered an asset
- Experience working in a service, construction, logistics, or trades-related environment is preferred
- Experience using Quickbooks Online is preferred

Pay: $39,936.00-$44,928.00 per year
